xbajee Terms and Conditions

1 General Introduction and Applicability

xbajee is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slots, live casino, sports betting and other gaming services to Bangladeshi users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all pages, services and features of the xbajee platform.

1.1 Scope of Applicability

These Terms apply to all of the following:

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The minimum age to use xbajee's services is 21 years. 21+ No person under this age may open an account or participate in any gaming activity on this platform.

2.1 Account Opening Eligibility

To create an account, a user must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Register using their real information and identity
• Maintain only one account — multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited

2.2 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to use xbajee:

• Any person under 21 years of age
• Those whose accounts have previously been closed or banned
• xbajee employees and their immediate family members

3 Account Registration and Security

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. xbajee reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time and to forfeit any funds held in it.

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

xbajee may request documents for identity verification at any time as needed. These may include:

• A copy of your National ID card or passport
• Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
• Address verification documents

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Refusal to submit documents or submission of forged documents will result in account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on xbajee are fully secure and can be completed through multiple methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted deposit methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods are available for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

4.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Additional time may be required if identity verification has not been completed.

4.4 General Transaction Terms

• The name on your account must match the name on your bank or mobile banking account
• Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are not accepted
• xbajee reserves the right to investigate or place a hold on any transaction as needed

5 Bonuses and Promotions

xbajee offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which apply alongside these general Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met
• A bonus offer may be used only once, unless the offer states otherwise
• If bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns are detected, xbajee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited

5.3 VIP Program

xbajee has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver and up to 1.2% for Gold. Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on weekly net losses.

Example: As a Silver member, if you have a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, you can receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

Please familiarise yourself with the relevant rules before participating in any game or betting market on xbajee. In any dispute regarding game results, xbajee's system logs will be considered final evidence.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• Any attempt to cheat the gaming system is strictly prohibited
• Bots, automated software or any other technical aids may not be used
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors or bugs in the system for gain will result in cancellation of those transactions

6.2 Bet Cancellation and Review

xbajee may cancel or reassess bets in the following situations:

• Incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error
• An event is cancelled or postponed
• The result remains uncertain or official confirmation is delayed
• Fraud or unusual betting patterns are detected

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Betting markets for cricket, football and other sports follow the international rules of the relevant sport. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments, the official results of the relevant board will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbajee platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Operating an account under a false identity
• One person operating multiple accounts
• Transactions through third-party accounts
• System hacking, manipulation or cyber attacks
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Selling or transferring account betting activity

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

xbajee believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. We therefore encourage users to play consciously and within their limits.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

xbajee may temporarily or permanently close an account without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Registration using false or incomplete information
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months)

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A user who wishes to close their account can contact support via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals should be completed before closing.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

14 Changes to Terms and Their Effect

xbajee may amend or cancel any part of these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between xbajee and the user and supersede any previous oral or written understandings.
